-Shoeboxes - Operation Christmas Child: Salem will be collecting shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child from now until Sunday, November 15th. If you would like to fill a shoebox, there are boxes available with the label and rubber band inside. Salem's Sunday School will pay for the shipping costs of $10 for each box that is brought back to the church by Sunday, November 15th. Last year we had several people involved with this project. We had 38 shoeboxes brought back to Salem. That did not include those who did a box online. Let's see how many boxes we can fill this year. You will be helping to spread the Gospel to children all over the world. Your box may be the only gift a child has ever received.
